Pricing

The Prices payable for goods are all in UK Pounds. If you make a purchase from outside the UK you will be billed in UK Pounds and currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card bill. 

Delivery 

Please see our delivery information page for detailed information on delivery costs and timings. We endeavour to do our very best to ensure we will deliver your order within the times indicated. However, were delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used. 

Please note that any duty and/or administration charge incurred by your parcel being delivered overseas will need to be settled by you the customer, Jewel Thief Brighton Ltd will not be held liable for such charges. 

Typographical Errors 

In the event a jewelthiefbrighton.com product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, Jewel Thief Brighton Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Jewel Thief Brighton Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Jewel Thief Brighton Ltd shall issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
